As the winter winds begin to howl and the temperature drops, all we can think of is cozying up with loved ones and indulging in warm, comforting food. And what's more comforting than a plate of succulent, spicy paneer tikka?
Imagine a crisp winter evening, surrounded by friends and family on your cozy terrace. The stars are shining bright above, and the sound of laughter and chatter fills the air. You've got a warm and cozy blanket to snuggle up in, and a plate of steaming hot paneer tikka to devour.
Paneer tikka is one of those dishes that's guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser. The combination of creamy paneer, tangy yogurt, and warm spices is absolute magic. And let's not forget the fun of gathering around the grill, watching as the paneer sizzles and chars to perfection.
We love hosting weekend night get-togethers on our terrace, and paneer tikka is always the star of the show. It's easy to make, fun to eat, and perfect for sharing with friends and family.
So why not give it a try this weekend? Gather your loved ones, fire up the grill, and get ready for a night of delicious food, warm memories, and terrace delights!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 250 gm paneer, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt.
2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
3. Preheat a non-stick tava or grill over medium heat. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, if using.
4. Cook the paneer for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it's golden brown and cooked through.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with our favorite chutney or raita.
