Tangy Tomato Rasam: A South Indian Soul Soother

Ingredients: Tomatoes, tamarind paste, rasam powder, garlic, mustard seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt.


Method: Boil tomatoes with tamarind paste, rasam powder, turmeric, and asafoetida. Temper mustard seeds, garlic, and curry leaves in oil and add to the rasam. Garnish with coriander leaves.
